When will I get my order?

All orders have a 3-4 week lead time (unless otherwise noted in the item description), not including shipping. All orders are sent priority with tracking information. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the item is shipped.

 

Can I get my order earlier?

If you have an upcoming trip please let us know during checkout! We will always work with you as much as we can to get your items to you in time for you to enjoy them! However, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to meet your timeline.

 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. Because our inventory is limited we can not do size exchanges. Double check all mailing & customization information before ordering. Please ensure your email address is correct on your order, should we have any questions and need to contact you. AT THIS TIME, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

If you receive a product that is damaged or wrong, please email us as soon as you receive it, so we can assist in taking care of the issue.

 

Can I change my shipping address?
